Skirting trunking with a wide range of variants

Skirting trunking is available in three different dimensions. This means that it adapts easily to any room and its conditions.

  •  The simple SL skirting trunking is just the right solution for installations at floor level.
  • SL-T skirting trunking can be integrated into carpet so that it blends perfectly with the flooring and ensures harmony with the room design.
  • The SL-L skirting trunking is ideal for application on uneven walls. The 6 mm-wide sealing lips easily compensate for any unevenness of walls or floors, allowing for a flawless seal.

The SL-L skirting trunking with sealing lip and tapered lip also offers the following benefits:

Classification according to DIN EN 50085-2-1

The European standard DIN EN 50085-2-1 specifies requirements and tests for electrical installation trunking systems, which are required for the acceptance and separation of insulated conductors and cables.

Accordingly, the SL, SL-L and SL-T skirting trunking systems are equipped with integrated separating retainers. This enables the installation of cables of different voltage levels within one trunking. Despite a wide range of functions and solutions in the interior, the skirting trunking, with a trunking width of 50, 70 and 110 mm and a height of 20 mm, can scarcely be distinguished visually from a normal skirting board. Ideal for seamless integration into the room design.

SL skirting trunking and Modul 45: the combination for maximum flexibility

Device supports can be installed at any point in the SL skirting trunking. This makes tangled cables a thing of the past. Installation is extremely simple: The device support is inserted at the top of the base and then screwed to the wall. The device support for accommodating OBO’s own Modul 45 series can be individually equipped with power, multimedia and data technology. The Modul 45 devices from OBO offer the right solution for every application. They also offer the highest level of flexibility and security.

The coordinated system components mean that the installation of standard devices is quick and easy. These system components include:

  • Front flap to be clipped on
  • Side adapter plates at skirting board height
